Importantly this blog has documented my journey in melbourne with my awesome friends and my life with the person whom i wake up to every morning =D

Kate Lanphear, style director of US ELLE.

Impeccable taste, effortless style. She was featured in one of the magazines i bought when i was in Japan last december. I’ve been obsessed about her ever since. I read that she was working for Vogue Australia before she took up the position in ELLE. She’s the epitome of COOL, hands down.Move over, Kate Moss.

Last friday, we were at The Grates gig at Hi-fi bar….there was this support band called Vasco Era performing……
At the start of this random song, Arnold whispered in my ear “Listen to this song carefully, he will be singing the same line of lyrics through out the entire song”.

At the end of the song i asked him “How did you know?”
Arnold in his usual nonchalant manner said,” It’s a song from Beatles”

I know it sounds damn silly…..but i was reduced into a puddle of mush inside me.
I had flashbacks of our first encounter(Victoria Tower)!
The first time he held my hand at College Square while we were watching youtube!
The first time he kissed me(Caulfield)!

I stared at Arnold for a damn long time while the rowdy crowd cheered on…

That’s when I KNEW I LOVE ARNOLD!

Dont you think Katy Perry looks a lot like Zooey Deschanel?? But i think Katy Perry looks damn trashy. Her stupid song about kissing a girl makes my ears bleed.

ARGHHH.Peanut butter and jelly sandwich is my vice! I need to swear off it, pronto!!!

There was this girl sitting infront of me during my seminar this afternoon, she took out a stalk of celery from her huge sandwich bag…..It’s not your normal stalk of eeeky celery…..you know how there is a side of the celery stalk that is concave??? She stuffed a THICK layer of peanut butter in the concave area. I never knew peanut butter goes well with vegetables?!?!? Interesting…….

Im in the library. I have this intense urge to fart! but im holding it in, im trying to brainstorm the possible ways of passing gas. I came up with a few good ones….1) gradually release gas while walking…. you know…walk poot.walk poot poot.walk poot poot poot. 2) While seated…pretend to adjust my skirt…while i lift my left butt, release, lift right butt, release<–obviously do it as fast as you can! maybe 10 seconds later i’l turn around and pinch/fan my nose SO NO ONE WILL KNOW ITS ME!!!!!WKAKAKAKAKAKAKAKA.IM a genius!!!!

Oh yeh, update on baby buey. He’s is HUGE !!! In fact too big for my little apartment, arnold and i, we are thinking of releasing him in albert park. We’l be conducting “OPERATION DUCKIE” in weeks to come.

My media relations tutor, phillippa a.k.a PR yoda told me that she thinks lee kuan yew’s son (lee hsien loong) is HOT. *gasp!gasp!gasp!* ” If you are a Lee, you are rich in Singapore” <—–That is gold! hhahahha

In addition, im stoked about the upcoming comm ball!!! The theme is 1950’s hollywood glamour, ade and i have been looking for cute headgears to complement our outfits!! YAY!

Im so stuffed from eating. Cheryl’s daddy and mommy have been really generous, they have been bringing us out for really good dinners( Old kindgom & Red Emperor) two nights in a row!!!! They even invited arnold -.- CHERYL UR PARENTS ARE SOOOOOOOOOO NICE!!! I need to go on detox soon. I can feel my arteries clogging with fat and toxic already.

I feel so loved by cheryl’s parents, i think we should treat everyone with compassion. All the fat laden food that is in my system seems to be increasing blood flow and oxygen to my puny brain(against logic i know) ……..I think selfishness is an ugly trait, i believe kindness, generosity reaps good karma. It goes a long way. I think most of the time we do not realise the magnitude of kindness. The good/nice/kind deeds that we are CAPABLE of doing, to give a lending hand to people we know or may not know.

XXXXXXXXXXXX”NONE OF MY BUSINESS.SO I DONT CARE” XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX MENTALITY OUT THE WINDOW, DOWN THE CHUTE.

Many many years from now when i become a parent myself, i want to bring my kid’s friends out for dinner too. I hope that they would experience what i felt tonight. A very warm fuzzy feeling that’s bubbling inside me =) Im going to call my grandma tomorrow morning to tell her that i have missed her! SPREAD THE XOXO!!! Let’s make someone’s day!!!

I know this hasnt been easy, i know a relationship takes meticulous work and patience. Whatever it is im glad that you are the person i spent the last 16 months with. Whenever we have our arguements, i’d always push you to the edge and annoy the crap out of you. But you’v always been so accepting of who i am. You’v shown me what its like to love and be loved. I guess in every relationship theres always a selfish one and one who compromises. You remember when you were in jakarta and you were supposed to visit me in singapore and celebrate valentines with me but you contacted dengue fever!!

I was so upset cause I’v never celebrated Valentines before!!<——SELFISH! Im horrendous. I arrived at jarkarta on 14th night and we ended up having HAINANESE CHICKEN RICE!!haha.wth.remember later that night i pretended to be mad at you and i told you I dont want to be your girlfriend …………..

But i surprised you with the ring and screamed " CAUSE I WANT TO MARRY YOU" HAHAHHAHAHAHA IM SO LAMEEEEEEEEE. I even made you sign a document(so are we technically married???)

LOLLOLLOLLOLLOLLOL dont call me crazy OK. MY mom chose the ring with me! AHHAHAHA My mom is crazy as well.

My mom even called to ask how did my proposal go???HAHAHAHAHAH. OH GOOD LORD!
